Which terms apply depends on the product. Each section below names the agreement or licence, and where support and privacy are covered.
Jira Governance Suite apps (Atlassian Marketplace)
CascadePlan, LedgerSeal, DefinitionGuard and FourRealities are apps for Jira Cloud, sold on the Atlassian Marketplace. They are provided under the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement: the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0. Asymm Systems is the Provider under that agreement.
We add no provider-specific terms other than our support policy. Fees and payment are as stated in your order on the Atlassian Marketplace; Atlassian bills you.

Eliya JDK
Eliya JDK is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2, with the Classpath Exception, the same licence as upstream OpenJDK. There is no separate end user agreement and no fee. The Eliya licence page covers the trademark policy, redistribution and bundled components.
- Support: community support; there is no paid support tier today.
- Release and patch policy: Eliya lifecycle.
